STEP 3: Fill out the application form
STEP 4: Send the required documents
Before sending the required documents, please make sure you have completed Steps 2 and 3!
Below you can see an outline of the supporting documents we require to further process your application. We accept the following forms of ID and address proof:
1. A copy of a non-expired, Government-Issued photo ID bearing your personal signature.
Examples:
- Passport
- National ID
- Driver's License
2. A proof of address, issued within the last 6 months. It must state the address you have filled in Step 3 (PO Box and Online bills/statements are not accepted).
Examples:
- Gas/Water/Electricity bill
- Credit Card statement
- Mortgage bill
- Non-drivers ID
- Telephone bill
- Current lease agreement
- Bank statement
- Driver's License
Please certify the copies of the required documents with "true copy", date and sign them before submission.
Certified English translation is required for all Non-English language documents.
Identification Requirements for Institutional Clients
Required documents for Institutional Clients as a proof of company's existence:
- Memorandum and Articles of Incorporation;
- Authorization of the Company Representative;
- Copy of the ID document and a proof of residential address of the authorized representative;
- Current Certificate of good standing.
